I have always had a dream of setting up my own business. I knew what I wanted to achieve but was overwhelmed by the whole process and where to start. I was looking at it as one big whole task and was starting to lose confidence. After my coaching sessions with Kirsty the way became clear.

Through breaking the process up into a workable plan, she constantly supported me and challenged me to move things forward. As a result of my coaching experience with Kirsty, I am open for business, feeling confident and already have paying clients. It is a dream come true.

With regard to the coaching that I received from Isabelle over the months after my CPCP course, may I just say that she was able to keep me focused, even when my head was so full of ideas it was bursting. She is a fantasic coach who definitely brought out the very best in me. I think at times she wondered what she was getting herself into having to coach me. I cannot recommend her highly enough for listening and helping me put my ideas into logical order.

As a facilitator she was better than I could have imagined. She was able to keep me on an even keel.

The coaching sessions with Isabelle remain one of the most important foundations of the positive lifestyle change I am now enjoying. I was clear in my direction towards leaving my full time job and becoming self employed, but I was in danger of replicating the very circumstances I was seeking to change. Through Isabelle's perceptive and skilful coaching I was able to set a truly life enhancing goal which remains highly meaningful for me. Throughout the coaching process with focussed attention, intuition and skill, she deepened my self awareness and continually brought me back to what I truly want from anything I aim to achieve.

Coaching has been a very liberating experience for me. Through the use of the dedicated support programme designed to focus me on my goals, I have been able to further my career prospects and cope with personal issues on a more manageable level.

Just a note to say thanks very much for a great introduction to the art of coaching this weekend! It was an intense time but I learnt alot (as I am sure the others in the group did).

Your coaching of the group was just brilliant and you really pulled some great things out of us all.
